Breathing is understood as an involuntary action as we keep breathing without being conscious of we doing it, meditation is being aware of the breathing (prana -air, which is the main source of the body existence and has been exhibited as one of the inborn knowledge, no new born to be taught on how to breath and how to cry).

All of us have the knowledge but will miss to be aware of its existence in us, meditation will act as a bridge to connect to the inner wisdom. As part of this gathering there will be a individual and group meditation, open for all.
